MACLENNAN-LSE WATERPROOFING were contacted by CMS, as we were already dealing with other aspects of the project
CMS had begun to excavate the Lift Pit and it began to fill with water.
MACLENNAN-LSE WATERPROOFING advised how to construct the lift pit, and specified that an Injection hose be installed in the construction joints, and an external Type A Vandex system ( cementitious slurry ) to be applied. The injection tube was installed. Then CMS cast the lift pit walls.
MACLENNAN-LSE WATERPROOFING then returned to site and injected the hose with a Polyurethane resin and applied the Vandex waterproof coating.
MACLENNAN-LSE take the risk out of Waterproofing.
MACLENNAN-LSE is the trading name for LSE Building Preservation Ltd.
