Holland Park

This property in Holland Park London carried out for Oliver Lane Fox builders and developers is a large town house. The client wanted to maximise the space available by digging a new basement under the house but also by extending into the garden.

The rear garden was excavated and the house was underpinned and new basements installed in concrete.

The floor was covered with a sealed MS20 system and the bottom half of the walls were covered with a PT Membrane.

The work was carried out in approximately two weeks and guaranteed for a period of ten years by LSE Building Preservation.

Maclennan-LSE Contractors designed and installed waterproofing using cavity drain membrane systems under the house and into the new basement in the garden.

The roof of the new basement was screeded to falls with an SBR screed by the Maclennan-LSE team and all of the joins between the Deck and the walls were sealed with Nat Cem Natural cement waterproofing and concrete repair mortar with Vandex over.

The roof / deck was then sprayed with Adcos Polyurea which is a watertight flexible seamless membrane applied hot so as it is cured and dry in minuets.

Maclennan-LSE take the risk out of Waterproofing.

MACLENNAN-LSE is the trading name for LSE Building Preservation Ltd.
