The cellar had been constructed and waterproofed 2-3 years before MACLENNAN-LSE were called in by the building contractor because there were problems with water ingress. Read more
Any form of tanking would have caused stresses on the walls of the cellar when the hydrostatic pressure came to bare and this would have lead to the failure of any such system. Read more
