
The cellar had been constructed and waterproofed 2-3 years before Maclennan-LSE were called in by the building contractor because there were problems with water ingress.
Maclennan-LSE specified the membrane system with an upgraded sump and pump with battery back up and alarms .
Peripheral drainage was installed which drained to the new sump with double pumps.
The floor was covered with a sealed MS20 system and the bottom half of the walls were covered with a PT Membrane.
The work was carried out in approximately two weeks and guaranteed for a period of ten years by LSE Building Preservation.
